How do I book a pickup?
Use the Order form to select fabric, shade and your preferred time slot. You’ll get a confirmation SMS/Email with pickup details.
Can you match a specific colour from a swatch or photo?
Yes. Share a clear reference or bring a swatch. We perform a test dip and confirm the shade with you before dyeing.
How can I track my order?
Head to Track Order and enter your phone number. You’ll see live status updates from pickup to delivery.
Do you dye delicate fabrics like silk, resham, georgette and chiffon?
Absolutely. We use fabric-specific, low-stress processes that preserve lustre and drape. Steam finishing ensures a soft hand-feel.
Will the colour bleed or fade after dyeing?
No under normal care. We use appropriate dyes and proper neutralisation. Follow our post-dye care card (first wash separately, mild detergent, cold water).
Can you dye multi-piece sets (kurta–dupatta, etc.) evenly?
Yes—sets are dyed together in the same bath for uniform tone. Please send all pieces at once for best results.
Do you dye synthetics or blends?
Natural fibres (cotton, linen, silk, wool) give best results. Blends are case-by-case. 100% polyester/nylon is limited; share a photo and label for a quick feasibility check.
Can you restore faded jeans to deep black/indigo?
Yes. We run controlled, multiple passes for depth while protecting hardware. Expect a fresh, uniform finish with minimal rub-off after the first rinse.
What are your prices?
Typical starting prices: Cotton/Linen ₹299, Silk/Resham ₹499, Denim/Jute/Wool ₹449 per item. Final quote depends on fabric, colour depth and special handling.
Is there an extra charge for shade tests or rework?
Shade tests are included. If a rework is required due to process issues, it’s on us. Major colour changes after approval may be chargeable.
Do you offer pickup and delivery? Any fees?
Yes—free within our service zones. If you’re outside, we’ll share options (small logistics fee may apply).
How long does dyeing take?
Most orders complete in 3–5 working days. Very delicate items may need a little extra time. We’ll update timelines during shade confirmation.
How should I wash garments after dyeing?
First wash separately in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh brushing. Line-dry in shade. Steam pressing is recommended.
What if I’m not satisfied with the shade?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We can re-adjust depth/temperature (where fabric allows) to get closer to your approved reference.
